"Having been to Cozumel several
times prior, my expectations were set quite high for this trip. This was truly the
best vacation we have ever had there. The staff at Caballitos was wonderful. The
facility, beyond exceptional. Everything you needed was there. A great grill we
used 3 times, wonderful Palapa to eat outside, fabulous pool & waterfall, attention
to detail in all areas especially the kitchen made the experience one we will never
forget. Secure rinse area and lockers for dive gear made after dive cleaning a breeze.
Nicely landscaped, immaculate kept grounds, pool cleaned daily, - like I said -
attention to every detail you could want. We took two showers at a time with no
water issues and always plenty of hot water. I could go on & on. These people CARE
about making your experience the best it can be. And they succeeded in every way
possible. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Cozumel. Perfectly
located close to shopping, grocery stores and town. The value is extraordinary.

"Casa Quetzal is a safe, secluded
tropical oasis located in the heart of Cozumel. It's high garden walls are covered
with lush green plants and flowers that captivate your eyes from the moment you walk
into your own private little slice of paradise. We enjoyed the authentic look and
feel of the home, which was a perfect place to spend our evenings (when we could
manage to get out of the pool in the center of the garden). On our first day, we
were able to walk to the shoreline from the house. We also rented a car, and felt
very secure at night when it was locked behind the gated fence at Casa Quetzal.
From the huge oversized shower to the remote controlled air conditioning in each room,
this house left us missing nothing to feel perfectly comfortable on our most special
honeymoon week. Thank you Casa Quetzal!!!"

wanted to let you know that our stay...was amazing to say the least...The house
is beautiful beyond words, the island is amazing and the staff was the most
gracious and helpful. If I had any suggestions for future travelers it would be,
don't set excursions up prior to your vacation, there is so much to do right in
front of the house. We found the snorkeling there to be as good if not better
than any of the snorkeling we did with guided tours.

needs perfectly. The pictures on the web site were very accurate in the
presentation of the house. Your company was incredibly responsive, even
when I stated there was no urgency to a request, they were there within

having 5 kids in the house. I couldn't think of a better place to spend
our vacation than Cozumel and the reason it was as enjoyable as it was, was

spectacular property, the place was so clean we could have eaten off the floor
and it was so very comfortable and relaxing. After staying there, a hotel would
be a total downer. Normally, we find things that we like and don't like about
places we have stayed in, but there is nothing not to like about the Casa
Tropicale. We walked in to town and back every day and the beach was so close,
it was all very convenient."

"Casa Las Flores has a Dish TV, good selection of movies for the VCR, good selection of
CDs for the stereo changer, good selection of books to read. Casa Las Flores was a home, not just a place to stay. Towels
were plush, the kind you find at home, not in a hotel. Bedding the same, beautiful and comfortable sheets and bedspreads, not like a hotel, like a home. Las Flores has a place to wash down scuba gear and lock away without having to drag it into the house."

"We really loved it. It is a fantastic house, really well decorated and designed. Really fabulous, even nicer than the photos on the website. The house is exceptionally clean - we take at least two holidays a year and we have not found accommodation as good as this house and as clean anywhere. The garden is truly magnificent and the pool with the fountain/waterfall. It is a private little paradise. Casa Quetzal is really romantic, very private and is our dream holiday home. We would highly recommend it. The rental company is very efficient and extremely helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We received our security deposit less than 10 days after our return home to Ireland."

Being near Chedraui (grocery store) is a big plus. It was very convenient being able
