Cook Service Available

For guests of the private homes and villas we manage we can arrange for everything from a very special catered dinner for a birthday, anniversary or wedding, to a private cook service for your entire stay. For private cook service we can prepare both breakfast and dinner every day except Sunday, or just one or two meals...it's your choice.
During the week your breakfast might
include such items as omelets, spicy sausage and eggs, pancakes or French toast,
with fruit, juice, coffee and toast. For dinner you can choose from selections
on sample menus such as chicken fajitas, Mexican sirloin
tips, chicken in mole sauce, Yucatan style pork chops, stuffed shrimp, lobster or grilled fish fillet with a
salad or vegetables, salsa, chips, rice and beans. If you have special
requests, the cook service can work with you on those options. Our cook service
will take care of the shopping, food preparation, serving and clean up. You just
bring a hearty appetite to the table.
WEEKLY COOK SERVICE RATES
Two Meals per day (breakfast and dinner) for 6 days (no Sundays)
Homes in Town: $165 per person per week* Children 3-12 years of age 1/2
price.
Homes South of Town: $175 per person per week* Children 3-12 years of age
1/2 price.

Homes in Town: $13 per person per day, $11 per day for each child 3-12 years
of age *
Homes South of Town: $17 per person per day, $13 per day for each
child 3-12 year of age* DINNER
ONLY RATES
Homes in Town: $18 per person per day, $14 per day for each child 3-12 years
of age*
Homes South of Town: $21 per person per day, $17 per day for each child
3-12 yeas of age*
* Because of the high cost of transportation, for homes more than 5 miles south of town there is an additional
$30/wk transportation charge.
For breakfast only or dinner only, the charge is $5 per day. Any
weekly or individual meal services at any home requires a minimum of 4 adults to
schedule. Children ages 2 and under are free whether
for
weekly service
or one meal as long as there are no special requests.
Cook service rates include the groceries, shopping, food preparation and clean
up. It does not include any beverages, gratuity for the cook,
or additional charges for dessert or for shrimp or lobster entrees.
If you would like beverages
or any other grocery items purchased for you,
the cook service will charge for the cost of the items plus a 20% shopping service fee. We
are happy to arrange a time for the cook service manager to meet with you at the
home after your arrival. Payment for cook service is made directly to the cook
service manager (not to the cooks) and should be in cash. They can not accept
checks, traveler's checks or credit cards.
Above rates are for private homes and villas. Condo cook service rates may differ. All rates for all properties are subject to availability and may change without notice until a cook service reservation is confirmed.
