A stunning oceanfront villa. The beach directly in front of the villas is peaceful and the tranquil, shallow waters are teeming with marine life of all kinds. You'll be delighted with the superb snorkeling and shore diving right in front of your vacation home.

Off the large terrace that faces the ocean, there is a ceramic tiled, fresh water swimming pool with a fountain, a shallow sunbathing level and then a series of stepping stones over a "water curtain" between the pool and the outdoor, unheated jacuzzi.  Around the pool are lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning. From the large terrace or pool you can gaze over to a beautiful view of the ocean.

The amazing ocean views from each bedroom and the rooftop terrace are a truly magnificent feature of this luxurious private villa. This 4,500 square foot home was meticulously designed and furnished for the utmost comfort and convenience.

The decor is fine Mexican furniture and accessories custom ordered and imported from Guadalajara.

  • Washer and dryer (guests may use in the evenings)

BEDDING
2 kings, 2 queens and 1 double size sofa bed in the upstairs living area.  Maximum of 10 guests. 

LOCATION
Oceanfront, across from a beach about 5 miles south of town between Fiesta Americana hotel and Chankanaab National Park.  Check the exact location on our Cozumel map.
