A private, deluxe villa that is only a few minutes
by boat to some of Cozumel's most spectacular and world-renowned reefs.
Casa Las Flores is about 8.5 miles from the main square downtown making it
only about 15 minutes away by car. Here at your ocean side retreat you can relax in privacy (there is
currently only one
neighboring home) and you'll find this spacious and tasteful luxury villa
a joy.
The entire villa is elegantly furnished with marble floors, imported wood
and rattan furniture, and custom made mahogany cabinets and tables.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and there is
also a guest apartment with an additional bedroom, bath, kitchen and
living room.

BEDDING: 2 kings, 2 queens and 2 inflatable air mattresses in the villa to
sleep 10-11 people plus another queen sized bed in the guest apartment to
sleep 2 more people. Maximum occupancy 13 people.
LOCATION: Oceanfront in a prized location 8.5 miles south of
town. Check the exact location on our Cozumel
map.
NOTE: Bring dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or
sandals for walking down to the water. Once in the water the bottom is sandy but the steps
down to the ocean are rocky.
