| Selva Grande is comprised of 2
completely separate and well equipped homes, Villa Selva and Jungle
Dream. The first home, Villa Selva ("Jungle House" in Spanish) is a
long time favorite among Cozumel travelers. This very charming
2 bedroom/2 bathroom home is situated just as you enter this large
property. Stroll down a path through the lush plants to beyond
the pool and more tropical plants and you'll arrive at the second
and brand new home, Jungle Dream. Jungle Dream is another 2
bedroom home situated at the far back of the property and nestled
within the lush tropical
garden. |

The jungle theme is carried
inside the Villa Selva and it is as comfortable inside as it is
outside. Villa Selva is completely modern and the entire home is
very tastefully decorated in art of various mediums including
fabulous zebra and giraffe prints, wood carvings and masks, and
several original oil paintings of exotic, tropical creatures. This
home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, plus there's a sofa bed in the
living room. |

The back door of Villa Selva
leads to a private and spacious palapa covered patio which is
furnished with table, chairs and hammocks. Beyond the palapa
covered porch, there's a beautiful garden reaching out to the pool
where you'll find plenty of poolside chairs and lounge chairs.
Beyond the pool, about 120 feet from Villa Selva, lies Jungle Dream
with more garden and a "screen" made of tropical plants and flowers
to optimize privacy between the pool area and Jungle Dream's private
palapa covered patio, also furnished with table and chairs for your
comfort.

Jungle Dream is a brand new
villa just completed in December 2003. This spectacular home
is furnished in traditional, elegant and warm Mexican decor.
You'll feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa which
boasts all the comforts and conveniences of home including stereo
with CD, color TV with satellite, DVD player, safe for valuables and
telephone for local calls.

The living and dining areas
of both Villa Selva and Jungle Dream are spacious and very
comfortable for family or group gatherings. Each home's dining
table has seating for 6 with breakfast bars for additional seating.
Both kitchens are both open to the dining and living areas and are
completely furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes,
cookware, blender, coffee maker, and purified water. The
living and dining areas of each villa look out into the tropical
garden and pool area which are shared by both villas.
