A 2 bedroom 2 bath, Casa
Tomás is an upstairs vacation home and the two best words to
describe it are "location" and "luxury."
The location is less than
500 yards from the waterfront and a dive pier, 2 blocks from the
largest grocery store on Cozumel with an ATM machine, deli, bakery,
pharmacy plus beer and liquor. You're within walking distance of a
number of restaurants, the new Punta Langosta Plaza is just 6 blocks
away and the main square downtown just 3 blocks
farther.
Luxury includes a
pressurized water system for strong showers, special cushioning on
the beds for comfort, a safe with a programmable digital lock, fully
lined curtains, original art including oil paintings and metal
sculpture, talavera pottery and handcrafted decorations. The
furniture was custom-made in the Mexican rustic style and
upholstered in imported fabrics.
There's a private screened patio that overlooks the
two-level swimming pool, rock fountain and garden. Downstairs the
two patios, tropical garden and outdoor areas are shared with the
downstairs 2 bedroom home, Casa

Common area outside shared with Casa Topaz (the 2
bedroom home downstairs) includes:
- Fresh water tiled, 2 level swimming pool with natural rock fountain.
- Palapa covered patio surrounded by tropical garden
- Hammocks, chairs and a table under the palapa and plenty of poolside lounge chairs
- Off street, secure parking for up to 2 cars
- Gas BBQ grill and sink
- Privacy wall surrounding the entire property
- Dive rinse tank
- Secure drying area for dive or snorkel equipment
- Fresh water outdoor shower

BEDDING: 2 king sized
beds or 1 king can be changed to 2 twins if requested in advance.
Sleeps up to 5. Fold up single bed (narrower than a twin) with a
steel frame and 8" foam mattress is available.
LOCATION: On the 3rd street inland from the waterfront in
the Corpus Cristi residential neighborhood. Check the exact location
on the Cozumel
map.
NOTE: No children under 6 years old. For larger
groups (up to 11) the entire 4 bedroom 4 bath complex of Villas
Topaz is available. There are no restrictions on children's ages
when renting the entire property.
