The two-level private swimming pool and fountain, tropical garden and palapa with hammocks are wonderful, but you'll also love the location if you'd like a villa less than 500 yards from the oceanfront street, walking distance to a public beach and close to a large grocery store on Cozumel complete with ATM machine, deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor and beer. You're also near a new modern movie theater, within several blocks of a number of good restaurants, only 5 blocks from the new Punta Langosta Plaza and 4 blocks farther to the main square downtown. 

But location is only the beginning. This 4 bedroom 4 bath vacation villa was custom designed, beautifully furnished and loaded with amenities to offer guests more comfort and privacy. There are actually two separate 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the property. 

Enjoy special memory foam cushioning on the beds,  2 safes for valuables, free wireless internet access, TV with cable and a DVD player with loads of movies, a very well equipped kitchen plus use of the 2 sets of washers and dryers for your personal laundry once the maid is finished for the day.



This villa features:

Each level of the villa is a separate and private 2 bedroom 2 bath home that has:

  • Air conditioning with remote controls in each room

  • Ceiling fans throughout

  • Special cushioning on the beds for extra comfort

  • Color TV with cable service, 

  • DVD player & DVD movies

  • CD player, music CDs

  • Iron, ironing board and drying rack 

  • A hair dryer in each bathroom

  • A safe for valuables

  • Free, wireless internet access for your laptop

  • Telephone for local calls

  • For free long distance to the U.S. and Canada, bring your laptop and we can provide you with a magicJack unit that connects to your laptop's USB port. Please request in advance.

  • Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster,  juicer, cookware and dishes

  • Washer and dryer (guests may use in the evenings)

  • Purified water for drinking and cooking

  • Linens, towels and beach towels 

  • Daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays)

BEDDING
4 king size beds.  One king size bed upstairs and one downstairs can each be switched to 2 twin beds if requested in advance.  There is a double size futon sofa downstairs and the second sofa in the living area upstairs makes into a twin bed. Maximum of 11 guests.  

LOCATION
Less than 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean in Cozumel's Corpus Cristi neighborhood. Within walking distance to a public beach,  two large grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Check the exact location on our Cozumel map.

NOTE
Available for families (children are welcome) or groups of adults over 25 years of age.  For smaller groups, this property can be rented as either a 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs called Casa Tomas, or a 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs called Casa Topaz.
