Study with Alejandro Alcocer Alvirde, anthropologist, professor of musicology,
music therapist for the learning disabled, archivist of musical instruments, poet
and musical concert artist.
Alejandro is a specialist in Ethnic dance, indigenous cultures, legends, myths,
history through story telling, Mestizos of Mexico and other parts of the world.

Alejandro and his wife, Manina own and operate the
"Music Gift Shop" in Cozumel.
The gift shop carries unique handcrafted gifts of music, history &
indigenous cultures. Also available are CD's and tapes of Indigenous Music.
When asked of Alejandro " What languages do you speak?"
He replies: ..."music is my language"
