"Having been to Cozumel several times prior, my expectations were set quite high for this trip. This was truly the best vacation we have ever had there. The staff at Caballitos was wonderful. The facility, beyond exceptional. Everything you needed was there. A great grill we used 3 times, wonderful Palapa to eat outside, fabulous pool & waterfall, attention to detail in all areas especially the kitchen made the experience one we will never forget. Secure rinse area and lockers for dive gear made after dive cleaning a breeze. Nicely landscaped, immaculate kept grounds, pool cleaned daily, - like I said - attention to every detail you could want. We took two showers at a time with no water issues and always plenty of hot water. I could go on & on. These people CARE about making your experience the best it can be. And they succeeded in every way possible. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Cozumel. Perfectly located close to shopping, grocery stores and town. The value is extraordinary. Thank You for such a pleasant experience."

Our stay at Casa Tomas was better than our expectations. We were very comfortable, and relaxed during our stay. The place was well set up and maintained. The staff you have employed was top rate, and courteous. They kept the place well cleaned and everything both inside and out was excellent. As that was our 1st trip to Cozumel, we really didnt know what to expect. As it turned out we were very pleased we chose Casa Tomas over any hotel there in Cozumel. We plan on returning next year, and depending how many divers we can get to come with us, we plan on staying with you every trip we make. We would like to rent the whole house (Villas Topaz) next year if we can get enough people to go. Again, thank you for making our stay memorable. you will have repeat customers for as long as you stay in business.

"Casa Tres Palmas met all of our expectations. The Villa was spotless, the a/c worked flawlessly, and the amenities were all we could have expected and more. Well positioned, within easy walking distance of the Plaza, good restaurants, grocery stores, and on a common taxi route made travel to and from the Villa effortless. We did rent a car to tour the island, but did not find any real need, otherwise. It's a good idea to learn how to provide the address in Spanish for the Taxi drivers, though! The staff was excellent. The maid service was exemplary and the local manager was easily available, friendly, and helpful, even to the extent of allowing us to delay our checkout due to a late departing flight. I have to say, one of the luxuries was the ability to use the kitchen several days, cooking very nice dinners, and let the maid clean the dishes (though we did keep the dining and kitchen areas clean). The maid was well rewarded for her work! We will stay at Casa Tres Palmas again! "

"Casa Quetzal is a safe, secluded tropical oasis located in the heart of Cozumel. It's high garden walls are covered with lush green plants and flowers that captivate your eyes from the moment you walk into your own private little slice of paradise. We enjoyed the authentic look and feel of the home, which was a perfect place to spend our evenings (when we could manage to get out of the pool in the center of the garden). On our first day, we were able to walk to the shoreline from the house. We also rented a car, and felt very secure at night when it was locked behind the gated fence at Casa Quetzal. From the huge oversized shower to the remote controlled air conditioning in each room, this house left us missing nothing to feel perfectly comfortable on our most special honeymoon week. "Bob and I recently returned from yet another wonderful stay at Casa Tropicale. We love this beautiful and spacious home. It is always clean and the kitchen has everything we would want to prepare meals at home. It is an easy walk to town and several of our favorite restaurants and just 3 short blocks to the public beach to watch the sunset or snorkel. I enjoy just lounging in the pool after a morning of diving and I wish my air conditioner at home cooled my house in just a few minutes the way the central air works at this one! We particularly enjoy the rinse room off the garage and having a secure place to park our car. We will never stay at hotels again. The ability to have such a large and comfortable space to enjoy with friends is a huge bonus in our vacations. The cost when sharing this home with friends vacationing with us also makes this one of the least expensive ways to enjoy a luxury vacation. A little bit of heaven in paradise. We have been traveling to Cozumel for 18 years and have stayed in most of the accommodation types from beachfront resorts to apartments. I own a timeshare on the Island but prefer to stay here. Everything about Villa Topaz is top shelf with obvious attention to the little details that make a vacation special. From the refreshing pools to the outside palapa dining area it has become our home away from home. The outside dive equipment rinse tank and storage area is convenient, secure and well thought out. The beds are especially comfortable and the rooms tastefully decorated. The maid service is efficient, thorough and always with a smile. The management company quickly corrects any problems that may arise. One of the major disadvantages of all-inclusive resort stays is missing the wonderful dining opportunities available to you. From taquerias to fine restaurants there are many wonderful choices, many within walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen is a nice alternative if you feel like staying in and two large super markets are close by.
Casa Topaz is a reasonably priced, extremely comfortable, well located choice for a family trip to Cozumel. We've already booked our return trip.

"I wanted to let you know that our stay...was amazing to say the least...The house is beautiful beyond words, the island is amazing and the staff was the most gracious and helpful. If I had any suggestions for future travelers it would be, don't set excursions up prior to your vacation, there is so much to do right in front of the house. We found the snorkeling there to be as good if not better than any of the snorkeling we did with guided tours.

Fantastic house. I stayed there for 2 weeks and it was a blast. We had 6 people and still had a ton of room. The house is kept up to perfect quality. We will be booking this house every year.

We rented this home for a small family reunion as it could sleep 12. The home was nice and well maintained (maid and pool service). The bedrooms all have separate entrances which makes it nice for folks to come and go as they please. The "beach" located approximately 30 yds away had no sand to speak of which bothered me initially but all the tide pools and the abundant sea life turned into a fun daily adventure. *Note- bring good shoes to walk on the hard coral rock beach with occasional sea urchins.* I saw several snorkeling excursion boats taking their patrons to this area to snorkel so don't spend your money to take one of those. If you are a diver you can probably arrange for your boat to pick you up at the Fiesta Americana dock which is less than a quarter mile down the road. There is a small restaurant and bar right outside the home and the folks there were very friendly. While we were there we used the meal service for breakfast and dinner nightly and it was GREAT! The cooks were prompt, the food was very good, they cleaned everything afterward, and the leftovers were in the fridge for snacking or lunches. Although we enjoyed the home I would caution those with small children for a couple of reasons. First, there are numerous stairs around the home as it is essentially a 3 story home. Second, is the infinity pool. There is approx an 8ft drop from the infinity edge to the water collection area at the bottom and our 4 y.o. son almost went over the edged while on a float. Just be careful. All-in-all I think this home is a nice choice on Cozumel. It is close enough to town to be there in 10 minutes but far enough away to avoid the endless flow of cruise ship day tourists. If you need a sandy beach there is one fairly close (within a mile I would guess). If you like to snorkle or to look for starfish, again with good footwear for protection, this is a great place.

"Everything was fantastic! [Villa Torres] was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The pictures on the web site were very accurate in the presentation of the house. Your company was incredibly responsive, even when I stated there was no urgency to a request, they were there within MINUTES! Our maid was incredible and had a lot of work to do with us having 5 kids in the house. I couldn't think of a better place to spend our vacation than Cozumel and the reason it was as enjoyable as it was, was due to Cozumel Vacation Rentals and their staff and services."

"The Casa Tropicale is more than we ever expected. What a spectacular property, the place was so clean we could have eaten off the floor and it was so very comfortable and relaxing. After staying there, a hotel would be a total downer. Normally, we find things that we like and don't like about places we have stayed in, but there is nothing not to like about the Casa Tropicale. We walked in to town and back every day and the beach was so close, it was all very convenient."
